KWB Counseling was founded in 2016 in Wilmington, DE. It was the fulfillment of my vision to provide mental health support and services to clients in a way that truly reflects my therapeutic approach and beliefs.

Individual counseling sessions (age 16 and up), tailored to your specific goals, concerns, and needs.
Sessions may include education, identification and practice of effective strategies to support you in meeting your goals, identification and processing of emotions, trauma work, identification of the unique strengths and perspective you bring to your life and the world, identification and development of supports, and more.
In person and telehealth sessions are available. In person sessions are held in Talleyville, DE.

Rates for individual therapy are $150.00 an hour.
Payment can be made via credit card, HSA/FSA accounts, and cash.
I am currently in network with Highmark, United, Independence, Cigna, Amerihealth Caritas, and Highmark Health Options.
If you will not be utilizing insurance, a superbill can be provided upon request to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
A Good Faith Estimate will be provided to all self pay clients prior to services commencing, in accordance with the No Surprises Act.

I strive to bring warmth and curiosity to my work with each client, resulting in a supportive relationship and an approach specifically tailored to you.
My eclectic style as well as training and experience working with a variety of populations allow me to draw from a wealth of tools and knowledge that provide ethical and empirically based support to each client.
My interest and passion for working with neurodivergent clients, particularly late diagnosed women with ADHD, positions me to support an under-served and under-resourced population, which I myself am a part of. I have received extensive training and supervision in this area and am committed to continuing to grow my clinical knowledge and expertise.

My approach is highly collaborative, honoring you as the expert in your lived experience. Our work will include discussions of your history, presenting concerns, and goals. We will then work together to explore how to best support you in meeting those goals and to check in for progress or to address roadblocks that may arise.
I am responsive and prompt in communication, and will support you while encouraging your agency to work through what may come up between sessions.
I encourage honest communication throughout the therapeutic process and utilize potential challenges as opportunities to support growth.
I honor that you as the client are also contributing to my growth as a clinician and a human being by being willing to share your journey with me.
